  We bought a 2012 Honda Civic 18 months ago from this dealership. I had shopped the used car dealerships in Northern Virginia for two months. They gave us an excellent price and charged a low processing fee. They offered to work on the car if any problems arose during the first few weeks, but no problems came up. A year later, when I was looking for a second Civic, they didn't have any Civics in stock but they helped me evaluate Civics at other dealerships and gave me some great tips. I can tell that they care about the quality of the cars in their inventory. All used cars are imperfect, and the guys at Seva Cars even warned me away from one of their cars, saying that I would not be happy with it. The extensive competition of the Northern Virginia used car market keeps prices low, and Seva's are among the lowest. I now call Seva first when I'm looking for a used car.
