  I am very upset . I took the appointment with DR Namrata, went there to see the doctor. Nicely attended by the staff. Mid nurse has taken the samples for the test, till then was fine. Then I asked that when the doctor is going to see me, the answer was that she is already scheduled for the whole day and I am not going to see her today. I was really surprised by the statement, I took the appointment with Dr Namrata and she was not their to see the patient and she was booked with the other patients. I am not happy about the situation and think that they will not do again to some other patient.
