  I am standing outside of the office during business hours to a locked door and empty office. I am here to pay a bill that was sent to me over a year after services were provided. It was a supposed admin error. Instead of owning their mistake they are trying to make me pay for something I wasn’t aware I would have to pay for ahead of time. It was supposed to be covered by insurance. I finally got an ugly “we are going to turn you into collections” letter in the mail because this is how they resolve their mistakes. I took time off of my job to come over here to pay it and no one is here. I will definitely never come here again.
