  Personal instruction, highly dedicated instructors, and plenty of vigorous, high-spirited workouts. I have visited a handful of other martial arts locations around the area, and have not seen any that share the level of intensity and discipline of this group. They periodically host social engagements locally, and offer training opportunities annually that are held at a national level. Highly recommended for new and experienced martial artists interested in the traditional arts.
