  I signed up for bloodwork and got th confirmination time and date and everything...this was referred to me by a doctor and I was really confused because they wouldn't let me do it unless I had a doctors order which I told her I did but she wouldn't accept the note I had. she was also very rude and didn't seem to care about my needs. I am also very disappointed because I signed up for a specific time and date which I set multiple reminders for, and when I got there someone else had my time slot filled in...I was so confused but they need to fix their system or be able to get around that somehow. I am very disappointed.
