  I just purchased a 2017 BMW M3 from Jarrod Elwinger at Motorcars Washington which ended up being a truly excellent experience. In one or two calls and a handful of texts I was able to get all the info I needed on the car as well as lots of pics. He gave me a very fair price, got all of the paperwork done properly on the first go, and even met me on a Sunday morning to complete the transaction which included a tour of his very impressive showroom/shop and a walk through of the car's different features. He followed up a few times to ensure that my expectations were met and he got my plates and title to me via Fedex within the next week thus avoiding a trip to the DMV. If you want to buy from someone who loves special cars and delivers a great overall experience then Jarrod is your guy. A+
