  Ordered Argan Oil and when I received it, it smelled rancid. I contacted customer service about how to return the product and get a refund and according to them "it's fine and supposed to smell like that". I pointed out that other products I've used never smelled like that and then the CEO saw fit to get involved to "educate" me about what virgin oils were supposed to smell like. I told her multiple times that I simply wanted my money back and to move on but a ridiculous back and forth ensued where she kept defending her company and "educating" me about why I was wrong. This is the most ridiculous customer service I have ever dealt with! I was then told that I could only exchange my product. So they want me to spend more money to ship it back to them and give me something else instead of just letting me ship it back and giving me a refund. Clearly they aren't customer service oriented at all are only care about telling you why they are right and you are incorrect.
